Greetings Community Partners,
EFMP Randolph is hosting an Annual Eggapalooza on March 28 , 2026 from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM at the Randolph Military & Family Readiness Center.
We would like your organization to support by providing an information table filled with resources as it relates to programs and services. Please feel free to add additional flyers, swag, games, or giveaways!
We are seeking in-kind baskets donations for the kiddos as this will be a part of the giveaway.
Drop off Timelines will be no later than COB March 20th
Set-up Time: 8:00 AM
Event Location: Randolph Military & Family Readiness Center
Please note: Community Partners are asked to stay until event closes
***All outreach tables will be set up on the outside of the ballroom PLEASE bring your canopy***

* Tables and chairs will be provided
* Please provide 2 representatives for accountability purposes
* Feel free to include wag and informational materials
* Free snacks and water will be setup indoors and outdoors to beat the heat
* All outreach tables will be set up indoors
